In order to carry out the trial, it is necessary to write your arguments before the discussion, so how are you going to write your arguments?
First of all, it is necessary to have a thesis statement which will be the main point of your argument.
Example of thesis statement:
Victor Frankenstein is guilty because he was an irresponsible scientist.
Then, it is important to support your point of view with facts. Facts are statements
that can be proven by direct experience or objective verification; they
can be the result of research or investigation.

in my opinion victor frankenstein is innocent because:
ReplyDelete1. Victor f. never wanted to do evil:
He just wanted to find a way to create life and regain the loved ones that everyone has ever lost.
2. Victor f. did not know the scope of the investigations of Professor Waldman:
based on the previous point and the victor eagerness to get a solution to death, he did the experiments of Professor Waldman theory, without knowing its full scope.
3. Victor is desperate to know that Professor Waldman would destroy research:
To find out, he was forced to speed up the experiments on their own and thus achieve their objective, which was to find medical breakthroughs and death combat.
In conclusion, he always did what his heart told him and he always thinking of the collective good.
Very good arguments Sebastián! just correct some mistakes:
Delete1. Victor f. never wanted to do anybody (evil) HARM:

3. Victor (is) WAS desperate to know that Professor Waldman would destroy research:
To find out, he was forced to speed up the experiments on their own and thus achieve their objective, which was to find medical breakthroughs and death combat.
In conclusion, he always did what his heart told him and he always (thinking) THOUGHT of the collective good.

Thesis statement:
ReplyDeleteVictor Frankenstein is guilty because he did not think that his creation also was possessing feelings.
SUPPORTING POINTS:
1.Victor Frankenstein was thinking only about the power of the life as a scientific act.
EXAMPLES
a. In the chapter two VF affirmed that the alone mystery of the life was finding in the power of the electricity “I was sure that the mystery of life itself was in that power”.
b. In the chapter four VF affirmed the same idea “With your mind we will work together and explore the…secrets of life”.
2. Victor Frankenstein it left his creation of an irresponsible way.
EXAMPLES:
a. In the chapter four VF fled of his creation “I was frightened. I screamed and ran away as I was sure he was coming to kill me”.
b. In the chapter seven, the creature the creature counted his history “I understood nothing… I felt I had to find people”.
c. In the chapter seven, “I couldn’t understand why people hated me”.
3.Victor Frankenstein never understood that his creation was looking for his support and his love.
EXAMPLES:
a. In the chapter seven, the creature said “I want you tol ove me, to give me a family…Then make me a wife, as ugly as me, to love me”.
b. In the chapter ten the captain Walton described what said the creature “I was not a monster when I was made. I was a innocent as a baby. The world could have made me into a lion or a lamb, and it made me into a monster”.
ARGUMENT:
In my opinion, Victor Frankenstein is guilty because he did not think that his creation also was possessing feelings. To begin with Victor Frankestein was thinking about the power that could give beginning to the life that, without telling that this mystery was formed also, not only by the respiration, beating of the heart, also it was formed by the feelings of loving and feeling dear.Furthermore, Frankenstein did not assume the sufficient responsibility, especially so that his creation could have knowledge about the life, the arduous life that would have him to live. More importantly, Victor Frankenstein was indifferent towards the pain of the creature. This way, the creature turned out to be forced to become cruel. In conclusión, VF it is guilty because it did not take the best decisions about the future of the creature and he had no ethics to be able to understand the suffering of his creation.
Is "In conclusion" without accent.

ReplyDeleteVictor Frankenstein selfish with his family and the monster.
1. Victor Frankenstein's family always remembered him but he did not.
a) The family always sent letters to hear from him, yet he stopped sending letters and it was more important for science.
b) The only way that VF was returned to his family because his creation went wrong.
c) The family of Victor suffered because he always thought of science and nothing else.
2. VF continued the work of his teacher and the teacher told him to stop.
a) VF used other parts of human bodies and this is illegal.
b) VF did not ask the families of the other bodies to use their parts. If the parties are of a relative he would?.
c) Victor F. not fulfilled the promise to the teacher.
3) Victor created the creature and he left the monster alone.
a) For the irresponsibility of Victor killed several people.
b) The monster spent many difficulties and its creator was never there.
c) Victor did not present the feelings of the monster.
argument:
In my opinion Victor F. always was selfish because he was irresponsible with science and with all people. First always he always cares science and his family never. Moreover, when he created the monster was never able to control it. Another reason was that Victor F. did not help the monster to be happy. The monster asked to create, he was not to blame. Moreover, the monster learned to be strong because people beat him. In conclusion people are formed according to the society around them.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all i want to express we watched in the movie and listened in the audio-book the feeling and wishes that Frankenstein had with the experiments, to build a person with qualities to save the world.
More importantly I want to rescue some points because many times we forget to analyze the people’s personality:
1-Victor Frankenstein always wanted to know more and more, the teacher Waldmann saw the Frankenstein’s capacities and this was the reason of his eagerness to learn the experiment’s functionality.
2- Some times to get more knowledge, it can change your brain, your feelings, your thinking; Victor Frankenstein was an eagerness man, he never gave up his ideas.
3- We never saw that Victor Frankenstein had bad wishes, he always wanted a person with many capacities to help to the world, furthermore he didn’t hurt to the monster and at first (before of the Monster’s build) did not have ideas to die it, he only defended his life and the family’s lives.
In summary, I want to point out that Victor Frankenstein never had bad intentions, bad thinking and bad feelings, he only wanted to help the world with a different person, when the monster attacked Victor Frankenstein, he defended his life and his family, i think maybe he hurried the experiments and for this reason it finished very bad but we must understand too the Waldmann position and the Victor Frankenstein position.
VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN IS INNOCENT

I think that Victor Frankenstein is innocent because:
ReplyDelete1) He had not bad intentions with his experiment
He just wanted to create a solution to the death because he knew how painful is the death of someone, and i feel that the problem wasnt the experiment, because was perfect, maybe the most important discovery in this moment!, the problem was when the monster went to another place, and Victor thought he was dead.
2) Victor Frankenstein never forced his experiment to do something.
I believe that the experiment could be a good man, because he had feelings and he just want feel loved for someone, but the society trated him like a monster, and filled him with hate and resentment to humans and life, so he took own decisions of revenge to his creator.
3)the most of all the great discoveries of science have begun their investigations and experiments in secret of the society.
we live in a world where many new things are tried and rejected without knowing how good could be for all us, so the only way left is to do everything without anyone knowing and when everything is ready, show the creation with arguments. i gues Victor Frankenstein had to do it, and the things not turn out as planned but we are a humans and all of us make mistakes all time

1. V.F was an ambitious man:
The need to understand the power of nature, led him to develop an ambition for knowledge, without understanding that he could bring danger to him and the people around him (Chapter 2 , when he speaks of the events that changed his life).

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion Victor Frankestein is guilty to being an irresponsible scientist , inter alia by the following:
1. According to some studies (Medical ethics) the scientific research, for more complex it is, the medical will adjust to the methodological and ethical principles that safeguard the interests of sciencie and the right of the person. This was forgotten by Victor Frankestein , and his interests were first that the welfare of society. We see this reflected even with his family, who left almost abandoned by being immersed in selfishness.
2. More importantly, he just wanted to make a Life for scientific prestige damage regardless, this at expense of plagiarizing scientific information from other sources, or don´t you remember the professor Waldman?
Professor Waldman was studying for long time to create life, however he stopped this before making a terrible mistake.
3. And finally, he used resources of the University to realize a research that is not inherent to this.

Furthermore when Frankenstein went to the cave where the human was living, he didn´t offer help and he didn´t explain the situation and the impact legal that this creation could have. Another reason is that Victor accused to his creation by the murder of his small brother without he knew that this was an accident because in his experiment Victor didn´t have account force that the Human could have. And above all else Frankenstein when knew the stories of his creation not offer his family or his affection and that the Human doesn´t need a wife. In conclusion Victor Frankenstein didn´t think in the Human or Elizabeth, or his father or his family. He just thought in him and his addiction or crazy idea of give life with electricity to a lifeless body. Victor Frankenstein is guilty for his obsession and the murders of his family because he didn´t have mind to think in the feeling of being that he created.
Supporting Points:
1. Victor Frankenstein didn´t think in the feeling of his creature.
A) VF just thought in his ideas, to crated a beautiful human that he helps in his experiments and his creature furnish his intelligence as his teacher Waldmann, but he didn´t think in human´s feeling because the creature will need affect.
B) VF was afraid of this creation and he didn´t have value to spoke and to listen the human and he fled when he saw the human.
C) VF could have avoided the murders of his family if he had created a wife for the human and if he had understood the situation of the human.
2. Victor Frankenstein didn´t think in the impact in the nature when he created the human.
A) He fled when he saw the gigantic human without to think that this creature could be dangerous for the humanity.
B) VF violated the laws; he played with many lifeless bodies in his obsession.
C) VF believed the he discover an advance for the medicine but he lost its way and forgot his creation that his was lost in the world.
3. Victor Frankenstein believed that with the violence would avoid that his family dead.
A) VF challenged the gigantic human when Victor broke the body of the wife even lifeless of the gigantic.
B) When VF found his dead friend in that pier, he acquired a weapon to protect his family.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, I think that Victor Frankestein is GUILTY because he was an irresponsible scientist and a very selfish person.
V. Frankenstein did thought in have the power in your hands to be able to create life, but did not thought in all the possible consequences that would bring his experiment, to the society and to he. I also want to note that I find him a scientist very bad because he forgot something very basic or of general logic. He wanted to bring to life a beautiful person, but he don´t considers that the electricity upon contact with the human body immersed in a fluid will generate serious burns on the skin, as a result would create an ugly man physically and not accepted by the society of that time.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, Victor Frankestein is guilty because he was an scientist negligent. First of all, he committed ilegal acts. For example, he violated the copyrights of the professor Waldmann research's. Furthermore he stole bodies of hospitals. Above all else, he commited negligent acts as a scientist. For instance, although that professor Waldmann said him that his job was dangerous, Frankestein ignored him. More importantly, he didn't think about the consequences of his creation and furthermore he ran off and left his creation alone; this caused the death of several people. Therefore Victor Frankestein is guilty because he didn't right the things. He was a bad scientist.

DeleteI think victor Frankenstein is guilty because :
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, the parts of the body that Frankenstein used to create the monster was stolen, in the third paragraph of chapter four we can confirm this: “For my experiments I had to use real bodies which I could only get by stealing them from hospitals”.
Also before creation of the monster, the professor Waldman said to victor, this experiment is very dangerous, however he decided to create the monster. (The third chapter can confirm this argument.)
In despite of know the danger, he created the monster and never was responsible of the acts of his creature, he simply ran after he created the monster. (we can support this in the chapter fourth.)
In conclusion Victor Frankenstein is guilty because he put in risk a lot of people when he created the creature, and this wasn’t an accident, previously he know the risk of the experiment, too he was a body thief.

As I see it, V.F is innocent because his purpose didn't have bad intentions. To explain the above, I highlight the following arguments.
ReplyDelete1. At first, his project was simply scientific. He was looking for biological answers, he wanted to follow his teacher searching.
2. V.F never thought that his experiment would become that horrible thing. He put togethr the best parts in his project with the goal of creating a good person. And he did indeed, he create a good person, but the monster changed his feelings whenever he felt lonely and forgotten
3. The creature acted on it's own, it was never influenced by V.F. All the murders were planned by the creature, it was well endowed whit intelligence.
4. Furthermore, to try to fix the situation, V.F tries to capture the monster and fails. So he dedicates his last breaths to following his tracks.
5. In conclusion, V.F was the monster´s main victim, he murdered his whole family.
In summary, I want to point out that V.F objectives were purely scientific and the situation went out of V.F control.

ReplyDeleteI think Victor Frankenstein is innocent because:
1 He was a person who experienced the death of a loved one, he knew how hard it is to lose someone, he just wanted to find a problem to death and in this way avoid the pain, if we start to think that the made things secretly stealing the corpse and everything else, we can realize that there are many people an important things to discover the story and saying his thoughts in a catalog them for fools principle and often they have killed, for this reason on occasion is better to do things hidden until there are sufficient grounds
2)if we look this experiment was a success, fran all did very well his only herror was let out and have contact with an evil society which became agreciones with this invention hateful
3)V.F realizes what is happening and tries to remedy this by capturing his invention but fails, also try to follow him and when he realizes the biggest hit was the family as they lost

THERE ARE SOME PARTS THAT ARE NOT CLEAR, REWRITE YOUR ARGUMENTS AND PLEASE, DON'T USE TRANSLATOR! I'M SURE YOU CAN DO IT MUCH BETTER ONLY WITH THE HELP OF A DICTIONARY!

Victor Frankenstein is innocent. He has good intentions in his scientific research.
ReplyDelete• First of all, VF tried to help the humankind; he wanted to create a perfect human in the laboratory with better attributes than an average human.
• VF tried to preserve the human life, he didn’t like when the death comes and separates people who love each other.
• He didn’t want to hurt somebody with his acts and he was protecting the information he gathered from the wrong hands.
• VF brought life to the monster and then he repented about its action, even when he created it, he thought he hasn’t the power to decide over its life.

ReplyDeleteThesis statement: VF is guilty because of his irresponsible actions with his experiment: he created a life in one illegal way; and the creature he created, killed two innocent people
Supporting points: in the laboratory, Victor created a human and he did not tell to the scientist community what he was doing. I mean, all that he did was in secret from the community and he did not consider the danger of his experiment
Examples: Victor stole parts of dead people, without permission
-VF made an experiment that were not allowed by the scientists community
ARGUMENT: According To some studies, Victor did an illegal experiment, Because he created a human in a lab without permissions. Furthermore, I stole parts of dead people and the creature That I created, to Which He left quickly, killed two innocent people.
Therefore, as Victor did not teach to his experiment at least certain standards of conduct, is accused to be guilty for not being responsable of their acts
